What is your best advice for saving money at the grocery store?

My family of 3 is on a strict budget of $45 per week to spend at the grocery store (averages out to about $200 per month.) I’m finding it difficult to fit well rounded meals for myself and my husband as well as diapers, formula, and baby food into the budget. We use cloth diapers most of the time and my baby wears disposables at night since they absorb more and wick moisture away from the skin but he already needs a new cover for his prefolds and I have to fit that into the budget as well. Any advice, such as recipes or shopping strategies would be appreciated.
